We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Centre Agents to fill this role. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide professional and efficient assistance with queries related to our financial products and services. Your focus will be delivering an exceptional customer experience while handling incoming calls regarding policies, claims, benefits, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from clients regarding financial products, policies, claims, and services.
Provide accurate information and solutions to client queries in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist clients with policy updates, claim submissions, and product information.
Evaluate complex queries and escalate them to the relevant departments or specialists when necessary.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
Record client interactions and outcomes in the customer management system.
Foster Liberty's standards of customer service and ensure each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
Previous experience in a Call Centre environment, preferably within financial services or insurance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
Able to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and patience.
Computer literacy with knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of financial services is advantageous.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with shift work.
Available to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
