    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Internal Sales Administrator to support our sales team in the Material Handling and Processing sector. This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal operations, accurate order processing, and strong customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support to the external sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and customer service.
    • Manage incoming inquiries, generate quotes, and process customer orders efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and stock availability.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist in securing new business opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking key performance metrics.
    • Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product-related information.

    Requirements:

    1. A minimum of 5 years experience in an internal sales, sales administration, or customer support role within a technical or material handling environment.
    2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    3. Excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
