    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support to the external sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and customer service.
    • Manage incoming inquiries, generate quotes, and process customer orders efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and stock availability.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist in securing new business opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking key performance metrics.
    • Liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product-related information.

    Requirements:

    1. A minimum of 5 years experience in an internal sales, sales administration, or customer support role within a technical or material handling environment.
