Internal Recruiter:
(International and Local Markets)

Responsibilities:

Source Local and International talent using various sourcing platforms and methods (IR: LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed Pnet etc)

Screening CVs and setting up interviews with internal departments

Implementing a social media recruitment plan were needed

Creating reports for stakeholders

Ensuring targets are met

Guide hiring managers around best practice recruitment, embedding hiring processes, providing guidance and advise on routes to market

Providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make

Experience in developing partnerships multiple stakeholders

Excellent communication skills.

Comfortable supporting a demanding and dynamic team including more senior stakeholders

Proficient with MS Office suite of programmes, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Experience

Minimum Requirement:

Matric essential, further qualifications will be an advantage

A Recruitment Research or recruitment background (agency or internal

Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (Non-Negotiable)

Proven experience using proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals including (LinkedIn, Job Boards, social media, etc.)

Strong analytical skills and above average communication skills

Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines

Own transport and must reside near Kempton Park

The working hours for this position are 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday

Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience, Qualifications, and current income.
