The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our growing team.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategicdecision-making, create new products and enhance our overall business growth andperformance.


Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets related to customer behaviour,sales, product, and website performance.

Utilise advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract meaningfulinsights


Marketing Analytics Expertise:

Experience working with Google Analytics 4

Experience with Google Tag Manager beneficial

Experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok et.


User Research Experience:

Demonstrated experience conducting user research in the form ofqualitative analysis

User interview experience beneficial

User experience research


Google Cloud Expertise:

Proficiently work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services, includingBigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.

Design and implement scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Operations tounderstand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve overall business strategies.


Dashboard Development:

Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools such asGoogle Data Studio and/or Looker BI.

Ensure the accessibility and usability of dashboards for stakeholders.


Data Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy andreliability of data.

Identify and resolve data anomalies and discrepancies.


Forecasting and Predictive Modelling:

Develop forecasting models to predict trends and customer behaviors.

Implement predictive modelling techniques to enhance decision-making processes.


Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customeracquisition, and website performance.

Provide regular updates to leadership on data-driven insights.


Experimentation Experience Advantageous:

Forming hypothesis

Developing experimentation roadmaps

Conducting experiments


Ad-hoc Analysis:

Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.

Proactively identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Create and test hypotheses for implementation within each of the core business domains across our e-commerce platform


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the Ecommerce industry.

Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform tools and services.

Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation.

Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analyses.
