    Senior Sales Executive

    We are seeking a driven sales professional to spearhead our efforts in the UK direct employer recruitment market.

    • Sales Growth:
      • Identify and target new business opportunities within the UK direct employer recruitment market.
      • Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients, nurturing relationships to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
    • Strategy Development:
      • Create and execute effective sales strategies tailored to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
    • Collaborative Success:
      • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
      • Provide feedback on market needs and customer insights to help shape future marketing initiatives.
    • Performance Tracking:
      • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
      • Prepare regular reports for the Sales Director, outlining progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Experience:
      • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, specifically selling to the UK direct employer market.
      • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Skills:
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
    • Mindset:
      • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
