Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a
Guest Relations Officer to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure for a Luxury Lodge and Spa establishment.

Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and introduce guests
  • Handle guest checkin and checkout procedures efficiently.
  • Pass relevant guest information to various departments as needed.
  • Assist guests with bookings, tours, transfers, and create personalized itineraries.
  • Ensure accuracy of all guest information and rates.
  • Act as a liaison for outside guests and assist in restaurant when required.
  • Update guest profiles on Protel.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the manager on duty.
  • Prepare welcome letters and registration cards.
  • Manage the day sheet, guest itinerary document, and daily call log.
  • Assist reservations with lodge guests' bookings and messages.
  • Support Spa, Housekeeping, and other departments when necessary.
  • Assist with lunch and dinner bookings on Dineplan.
  • Conduct thorough handovers with the Night Auditor and early/late shift Guest Relations.
  • Ensure all transfers are booked, tracked, and charged.
  • Required to perform 2 night audit duties per month.

Requirements:


  • Hospitality Certificate/Diploma.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer usage and excellent administration skills.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional people skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional working relationships across departments and cultures.
  • Comfortable interacting with distinguished clientele.
  • Wellpresented with a friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Natural warmth and friendliness.
  • Punctual, selfdisciplined, and extremely detailoriented.
  • Proactive with a strong team player mindset.
  • Reliable transport to and from work.
