REQUIREMENTS
- Matric plus relevant qualifications
- Communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Good financial acumen and planning skills
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Operations Manager
- Experience managing a team of minimum 20 employees
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to think on your feet to solve problems that occur in day to day operations
- Continually striving to improve systems
- Passionate about the best service delivery principles
DUTIES
- Take ownership of service delivery and plan and complete daily action plans for the operations team
- Extensive liaison with clients
- Evaluate systems and continually look for improvements
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of the team
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Implement quality and the right customerservice standards
- Resolve problems that occur and find solutions timeously
- Manage the drivers and plan their schedules
- Forecast requirements
- Prepare budgets and schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
- Develop operations systems that work effectively and smoothly
- Analyse and improve organizational process and workflow
- Implement changes to improve systems
