    Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

    At HR Genie, we are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and manage the hiring process.
    • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees, maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication.
    • HR Administration: Manage various HR-related tasks, including time and attendance, leave management, and salary administration.
    • HR Initiatives: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, compliance, and overall well-being.
    • Talent Management: Collaborate with managers to maintain an optimal staffing level and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Staff Management: Oversee the staff complement of 500+ employees across 7 geographical areas, ensuring payroll administration and facilities management are efficiently managed.
    • Contract Management: Create employment contracts, letters of appointment, and offers for permanent and contracted staff.
    • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external providers for training, temporary staff, and other services.
    • Employment Relations: Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and represent the company in arbitration hearings.
    • Performance Management: Address performance issues and develop training materials for staff development.
    • Time and Attendance: Accurately record and process employee hours for payroll input.
    • Workplace Skills Plans: Manage training programs, learnerships, and ensure WSP/A TR compliance.
    • Employment Equity: Ensure full compliance with Employment Equity Act (EEA) requirements.
    • Health and Safety: Serve as a designated s16(2) manager, appoint representatives, and maintain OHSA compliance.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on HR-related data.

    Requirements:

    • Matric certification or equivalent
    • Relevant HR qualification (NQF 7 or BCom degree)
    • Proficient computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of legislative requirements and compliance matters
