Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the operation, maintenance, coordination, and supervision of the overall Renewables Division of EMSA, leading and guiding teams in carrying out the installations and projects with respective clients, ensuring that the team works safely and is complying with appropriate risk assessments and that efficient procurement of goods and services takes place.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Electrician Trade Certification
- N6 Diploma in Electro-Mechanical
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years' experience in associated fields
- Experience in the installation, operating and fault finding of LV and MV electromechanical equipment and control gear
- Knowledge of LV and MV switchgear, transformers and cables
- Excellent understanding of Metering and submetering
- Capable of Solar design
- 5+ years' experience managing a team
SKILLS
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Selfdriven and excellenceorientated work approach
- Proficient in relevant software
- Outstanding eye for monitoring and measuring
- A logical mindset with reasoning capabilities
- Must be able to manage a team
- Excellent reporting skills
