    Job Summary: Data-driven strategist with 5+ years of ATL media strategy and 3+ years of digital planning experience, required to drive business impact through creative thinking and collaboration.

    In this role, you will be expected to be a creative thinker who strives to make meaningful impact on the business. You will be responsible for directing, inspiring, and adding value at every turn.

    This role demands confidence, presence, and the skills to make a meaningful impact. You will be expected to collaborate with the team, teach others, and push the boundaries of what is possible.

    You will be responsible for maintaining the planning investment calendar, advising on strategic media direction, and producing media recommendations using data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend internal and external client status meetings
    • Advise on strategic media direction
    • Maintain the planning investment calendar
    • Brief the ATL & OOH planners when required
    • Produce media recommendations using data
    • Produce one annual media strategy
    • Produce reach curves and optimization analyses for strategic input
    • Provide guidance and analysis on the best performing titles, channels, programs, and stations for optimal delivery
    • Produce digital media schedules
    • Brief digital media execution into Ad Operations, using Power Hub
    • Chase outstanding creative
    • Deliver proof of life
    • Ensure the planner is updating the Mediatool environment
    • Produce and deliver Post Campaign Reports with the ATL media planner
    • Respond to Global Report Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Telmar Advanced
    • Excel Intermediate
    • Power Point Intermediate

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years of ATL media strategy and 3 years digital planning experience

    Hard Skills:

    • Able to effectively project manage
    • Numerically strong and analytically able
    • Strong communicator with effective interpersonal relationships across team and clients
    • Advanced IT skills including Microsoft Word, best-in-class Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications
    • The ability to synthesize and reduce different inputs to create a well-considered and accurate representative view
    • English fluency and language skills for effective business writing
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Solid data interpretation and analytics skills
    • Be able to exercise strategic principles and structured thinking to tackle business development projects assigned by client
    • Be able to select appropriate frameworks, tools, and approaches to use in solving client problems
    • Develop strategies that interpret cultural and social trends as well as data relevant to client business
