Description

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Possession of a minimum PSIRA Grade C certification (registered and current)
• Completion of a CPO course aligned with SASSETA Unit Standards or equivalent
• Valid Advanced Driving certification
• Possession of SAPS issued firearm competency for HG (SG & SLR will be advantageous)
• Valid driver's license (Possession of a PDP will be advantageous)
• Successful completion of a driver evaluation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Essential computer & technological literacy
• Presentable appearance with meticulous attention to detail
• Clean criminal record
• Minimum of 1 year's experience as a CPO
• Access to own reliable transportation
• Achievement of minimum Fitness and Shooting standards (Regulation 21)
• Willingness to undergo ITC (Credit) and Criminal Record Checks
• Willingness to undergo a Polygraph test prior to employment
