    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement additional features, modules, and methods to enhance system capabilities.
    • Understand clients' internal business needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
    • Maintain proactive relationships with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful client experience.
    • Establish and manage project activities towards milestones, either independently or in conjunction with the Project Manager.
    • Communicate project status to clients and internal stakeholders as necessary to meet schedule requirements.
    • Foster creative solutions to address long-term business needs and resolve complex issues.
    • Conduct thorough system testing and present findings to the project team.
    • Organize meetings, facilitate workshops, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely completion of projects, attending regular meetings with clients to discuss progress and critical issues.
    • Create customized reports and interfaces to meet client needs.
    • Perform tasks outside of the monthly payroll process, such as tax year-end activities.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in commerce, human resources, or related field.

    Experience:

    • At least 3 years of payroll experience or HRIS practitioner experience with payroll systems knowledge (Sage300 and/or Premier).
    • Proven track record in client-facing roles.
