Join management team, duties will include

Daily stock control, use of control sheets and reports

Daily stock management.
FIFO food controls, checking and reporting on any issues


PILOT POS
Communication with and hands on management of kitchen, store, FOH

Checking on customers, quality control of food coming out

Time management.ensuring no delays

Daily cash ups and reporting

Pay:
R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cape Town,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:

• Restaurant management or supervisor: 2 years (preferred)

Language:
