    Description

    Job Overview

    The role requires an individual with excellent technical skills and a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic and mechanical repairs, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Performing electronic and mechanical repairs to products;
    • Conducting Field Service Support as assigned daily on all products supported by clients;
    • Compiling, recording, and updating data on Zoho Call log management system;
    • Preparing, configuring, and installing mobile computer equipment into vehicles, warehouses, and factories;
    • Conducting Wireless Site Surveys;
    • Regular site audits and preventative maintenance at customer sites;
    • Providing consultation support for installations;
    • Configuring and setting up sales and test demo systems as per instructions;
    • Undertaking on-site installations as required;
    • Handling administration tasks including forms, job cards, etc.;
    • Adhering to health and safety requirements;
    • Providing post-sales support to staff, business partners, and end-users.

    Requirements

    • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) proficiency;
    • Familiarity with application software, barcode label printing software, and WLAN;
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems;
    • SMD component soldering skills;
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
    • Proven experience in interacting with customers effectively;
    • Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
    • Self-driven and enthusiastic with a strong customer service focus;
    • Ability to meet deadlines for repairs;
    • Valid driver's license.
