Description

We are a small team running one of the largest pet retailers on Amazon globally. The next phase of our growth is extending our own website and social media platforms.

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Marketer with aesthetic eye to join our team and to help create and deliver explosive 360-degree digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage and produce creative and original content (copy, images and video) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube to increase brand awareness and community engagement
• Develop a content calendar across all platforms (including our own website), scheduling and publishing daily content
• Implement a social media content strategy to supports the company's marketing objectives
• Engage with social media communities on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
• Escalate customer's queries to relevant department
• Evaluate efficacy of social media activity
• Develop and launch a brand ambassador program and roll out globally

Key competencies:

• Exceptional understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and their functions
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology in general
• Knowledge of SEO and experience using SEO tools
• Knowledge of Hootsuite, SproutSocial or similar to measure the efficacy of social activity
• Ability to identify social media marketing trends and implementing these for our brands
• Efficient and insightful reporting on social media activity on a weekly basis with thoughtful recommendations for future growth
• Experience with Google ads implementation
