This person will be responsible for assisting with the design, drawing and construction monitoring of infrastructure projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in the design, drawing and construction monitoring of infrastructure projects including:

• Pipelines and pipework;
• Roads;
• Earthworks modelling;
• Pipeline modelling;
• Undertake planning, engineering design work and supervision of construction as required and as directed by Project Leaders or Engineers;
• Ensure all designs and drawings are properly documented and checked
• Construction administration;
• Ensure effective systems are implemented for good record keeping – files, reports, drawings, construction date etc.;
• Liaise with other staff working on projects at all levels;
• Assist with contract administration including preparation of certificates and "as built" drawings, site diaries, site inspection reporting, site inspection meeting liaison, etc.;
• Ensure suitability of technical proposals;
• Compile letters, reports and prepare tender documentation for approval by the Project Leader;
• Provide service excellence;
• Compliance with Quality Management System;
• Effective decision making and problem solving;
• Completion of work within time (deadline driven), able to function under pressure.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• B.Eng/B.Sc Qualification.
• 1-2 Years' Experience.
• 1-2 Years' Civil 3D (beneficial).
• 1-2 Year's Design Experience.
