    Description

    Experience & Skills:

    • At least 5 years' sales experience of complex and/or big deal management with a proven track
      record in closing deals.
    • At least 3 years' experience selling IOT solutions across industries as well as experience in hardware,
      networking and connectivity would be advantageous.
    • Established network.
    • Proven Strong Hunting Skills Required of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
    • Ambitious and persistent.
    • Persuasive and credible.
    • Articulate, confident communicator with presentation skills.
    • Thrive in a pressurized, sales-driven environment.
    • Has the ability to anticipate or handle customer objections.
    • Be inquisitive to identify customers' needs and have the ability to offer informed solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Key Account Management.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for all presales and sales activities, from lead
      generation, sales cycle management and deal closure.
    • Develops and implements agreed upon Sales Plan which will meet both personal and business goals
      of expanding customer base in the relevant vertical area.
    • Works within the sales, product and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction,
      revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
    • Promote the company's SaaS (Software as a Service) & IoT solutions by prospecting, qualifying and
      closing deals.
    • Source new customer's opportunities.
    • Negotiating agreements and closing deals.
    • Achieve targets as set by your designated manager.
    • Identifying new markets and business opportunities.
    • Generate leads through cold calling from database; canvassing; referrals; networking. Manage
      conversion ratio from lead generation into new business sale.
    • Build a quality pipeline to meet set monthly new business sales targets.
    • Follow up on leads and prospects to close.
    • Manage pipeline velocity to drive a deal/opportunity to close.
    • Maintain online CRM report to Sales & Operations Director.
    • Maintain sales professional standards at all times.
