Position Overview:
As an Administrator specializing in product returns and warranties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for handling returns to suppliers, managing warranties, and performing general administrative tasks to support our store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process product returns according to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate returns and resolve any issues.
- Manage warranty claims for defective or damaged products.
- Maintain accurate records of returns, warranties, and related documentation.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding returns and warranties.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Contribute to improving processes and procedures related to product returns and warranties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or hardware environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of product returns and warranties processes is an advantage.
