    We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Dynamic Virtual Sales and Service Representative. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sales, and retention through virtual channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide sales and services enablement that exceeds service delivery excellence plans by putting customer experience at the forefront of products, services, solutions, advice, and fulfillment.
    • Achieve predetermined sales targets by generating high-quality applications.
    • Contact customers and execute the sales process within the desired turnaround time.
    • Deliver customer sales and services while maintaining quality service standards.
    • Determine customers' needs by exploring cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
    • Ensure first-call resolution and track conversions from lead to application and then to fulfillment.

    Accountability Areas:

    Sales and Services

    • Offer financial advice to customers and handle retentions.
    • Provide accurate product knowledge to address customer needs.

    Customer Attrition Reduction

    • Speak to customers to identify their needs and advise on various options.
    • Resolves customer dissatisfaction/complaints and takes full ownership of the problem.

    Information Management

    • Update the system with accurate information for informed reporting.

    Risk and Governance

    • Adhere to risk and governance policies, standards, and procedures, escalating associated risks.
    • Participate in surveys and findings action plans.
    • Support Business Systems Strategy and Architecture (BSSA) CSI initiatives.

    Training and Development

    • Participate in scheduled training and multiskilling opportunities.
    • Owning and being proactive about own training and development.

    Requirements:

    Higher Certificates or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
