Responsibilities:


  • Assist Financial manager in the costing of projects.
  • Adhere to project budgeting lines.
  • Maintain management records of budget, expenditure, forecast, and cash flow.
  • Verify expenditure documents for approval by Ops and Financial manager.
  • Oversee invoicing from Suppliers.
  • Implement a 4week forecast with the team.
  • Ensure processes are followed.
  • Work closely with the head office to ensure accurate data is provided to the team.
  • Ensure prompt payments to clients enabling.
  • Regular project cost reports and forecasts to be generated for management including assistance with forecastfinalcost and cash flow requirements.
  • Uploading of invoices on Zoho no need to have previous experience on Zoho.
  • Maintain project integrity of costs and ensure alignment thereof to budget on Zoho one projects.
  • Comparison of actuals vs Budget.

Direct Reporters:


  • 2 project coordinators
