Introduction

We seek an experienced Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess critical and strategic thinking skills, be profit-driven and cost-focused, results-oriented, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present management accounts to executive management.
Ensure management accounts are accurate and reliable.
Analyse key financial information and optimise financial planning.
Work closely across departments to manage costs and interpret variances.
Involved in month-end journals and weekly management reporting requirements.
Participate in the annual budget process.
Collaborate with operations and depots to discuss methods to improve costs and drive efficiency.
Work with HR to manage costs and headcounts.
Compile and share insights on ad-hoc reports requested by the business.

Minimum Requirements

CIMA or BComm Degree essential.
SAP experience advantageous.
Advanced Excel skills required.
3-5 years of management accounting and financial analysis experience.
Logistics sector experience beneficial.
Valid Code 08 driver's license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Dedicated to continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
Able to deal effectively with all levels of staff.
