Description

We are a sports nutrition brand based in Vancouver, Canada and are looking for an experienced customer service, operations and supply chain manager to join our awesome team on an ongoing basis.

This is a virtual role and can be done from anywhere with a laptop and an internet connection.


Your role will be vital in the smooth operation of our e-commerce and wholesale business as you manage customer, supplier and logistics partner communications, ensuring the smooth movement of our products and handling of enquiries.

Ideally, you'll be a people person with great care and attention to detail.

You'll enjoy helping customers and building relationships with our suppliers while also getting satisfaction from seeing our business operations run smoothly as a result of your work.

You'll also have a love for all things eCommerce.

From website customer experience, through to the back end features and processes that need to happen to create a great customer experience.


You'll fully own your side of the business, with the scope to adjust and improve things as you see fit.

As you develop there will also be opportunities to contribute to marketing, new product development and business-building projects. A great opportunity for a future entrepreneur or someone wanting to go far in their business career.


Skills and experience required:

  • A great communicator who has the confidence and assertiveness needed to work with suppliers, manufacturers, customers and the rest of the team in a wellorganized and productive manner.
  • Experience managing suppliers and manufacturers to produce products
  • Good spreadsheet skills, able to generate quick inventory reports and report in to the team
  • Excellent and organized administration skills, able to complete paperwork, forms other requests from supply chain partners quickly and efficiently.
  • Lots of initiative to help you solve problems like which codes to use on a shipment, or what licenses are needed to manufacture.
  • An ability to quickly understand systems and processes, and even improving them to make your job more effective and efficient as you progress
  • An understanding of ecommerce, marketing and sales is also desirable, but not necessary

SALARY:
US$10/h
