    Job Title: Installations Technician

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and monitoring decentralized water and wastewater treatment plants at various project sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Installation of water and wastewater treatment plants, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    2. Plan and manage works, coordinating with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    3. Conduct civil, mechanical, and electrical installations, including pipework, pumps, blowers, and control panels, adhering to health and safety protocols.
    4. Perform regular servicing and monitoring of treatment plants to guarantee treated effluent meets required specifications.
    5. Take full responsibility for projects, maintaining open communication with suppliers and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
    6. Develop daily schedules efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines.
    7. Update the company's records with service reports, vehicle logbooks, fuel purchases, and other administrative information.
    8. Supervise site personnel, managing equipment, tools, and materials to optimize project outcomes.

    Requirements

    1. The ideal candidate should reside in the Helderberg area.
    2. A 3-year diploma in Engineering (or equivalent) is mandatory.
    3. Ability to travel and work on-site as required, handling diverse environments and situations.
    4. Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical installation processes, with experience in similar roles an asset.
