    Description

    Job Title: Production Manager

    A leading engineering company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Battery Breaker plant.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure safe and efficient management of resources to drive profitability.
    • Plan and coordinate battery breaking activities to meet smelter department needs.
    • Develop and implement work plans that align with SHREQ, cost, and quantity specifications.
    • Maintain costs within budget and achieve monthly tonnage targets.
    • Guarantee satisfaction by meeting weekly production targets for clean metallics and paste.
    • Promote a safe work environment through OSHA compliance and Safe for Life and 5S programs.

    Key Objectives:

    • Develop and maintain an effective planning system.
    • Organize and relate activities to ensure maximum efficiency and satisfaction.
    • Lead and motivate employees to maintain a stable and loyal workforce.
    • Monitor and regulate work to ensure approved plans are accomplished.
    • Manage production costs to improve company profitability.
