    Job Summary

    This is a marketing role that involves managing the company's marketing initiatives, using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing promotional materials, and reporting on sales results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the company's marketing initiatives and develop strategies aligned with the sales strategy.
    • Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns, including presentations, pamphlets, proposals, videos, and other marketing materials.
    • Deliver successful marketing campaigns while owning each stage of the process end-to-end (from idea to completion).
    • Develop and continually improve various marketing materials and products to assist with the sales process.
    • Provide marketing reports on sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.

    Marketing Strategy and Planning

    • Develop marketing and advertising strategies and plans, including recommendations, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
    • Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.

    Brand Management

    • Promote the business brand internally and externally through effective communication and newsletters.
    • Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints, including logos, colors, images, videos, and documentation.

    Social Media and Website Management

    • Build, execute, and manage the social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
    • Develop LinkedIn posts with strategic writing techniques and targeted frameworks to attract the ideal audience.
    • Manage and oversee the website, including content, images, updates, newsfeeds, and SEO to ensure alignment with the business strategy.

    Communication and Relationships

    • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
    • Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the brand during client and supplier engagements.

    Desired Experience and Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Marketing.
    • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, emails, social media, and presentations.
    • Knowledge and experience in design software preferred.
    • Knowledge and experience within a Technology, ICT, or Telecoms environment preferred.
    • Experience in an international environment preferred.
