Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Restaurant Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting, greeting, and seating guests, answering and directing telephone calls, making bookings, and performing daily cash ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet guests, ensuring a warm welcome to the restaurant
• Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner
• Make and follow up on bookings, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Perform daily cash ups, maintaining accurate records and balancing transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Restaurant reception or as a Restaurant waiter
• Polite, friendly, and able to think on their feet
• Well-spoken and well-presented individual
• Strong administration skills and high level of organization
• Grade 12 education and computer literacy
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
• Previous experience on the Micros point of sale system is required
