- Holds extensive knowledge of the farming sector: general agronomy, agricultural practices, and industry challenges.
- Exhibits strong leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative spirit and continuously supporting team members in their endeavors.
- Maintains a commercial orientation, adept at formulating strategies to meet and surpass company goals. Collaborates with distributors to set objectives.
- Adapts communication style effectively to suit various audiences. The role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders in the region (distributors, farmers, key influencers, NGOs, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable utilizing various tools (CRM) aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.
