REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, Relevant qualifications advantageous
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans essential
  • Minimum three years experience in a customer facing and administrative role
  • Computer Literate with good typing skills
  • Very well spoken, bilingual in English & Afrikaans
  • Must be exceptionally well groomed and presented at all times
  • Ability to multitask and manage several tasks simultaneously

DUTIES

  • Dealing professionally with walk in clients and telephonic enquiries
  • Liaise with clients on various social media platforms answering all enquiries timeously and professionally with excellent grammatical skills
  • Liaise with clients regarding private excursions, ensure all necessary and additional items that could be required as far as catering, equipment and beverages etc. is noted
  • Ensure schedule is constantly updated according to bookings
  • Throughout the day constantly ensure tickets are loaded
  • Manage the financial spreadsheet on sales, update and liaise with Accountant
  • Deal with any ad hoc cash payouts for expenses that may arise
  • Ensure all additional items needed for the various excursions is ordered and has arrived
  • Check in guests for excursions and meet them on their return ensuring you get their feedback and that there is excellent customers satisfaction
  • Update monthly staff rosters
