JOB SUMMARY:


  • Main purpose of position:
  • Ensure that out of contract customers are proactively contacted and renewed.
  • Implement tactical and strategic plans to support customer renewals.
  • Manage Churn to be within Churn Budget.
  • Customer Renewal and Churn Reporting
  • Responsibilities and duties:
  • Create Reporting showing out of contract customers as well as customers that are 3 months away from renewal.
  • Work closely with Account manager to ensure that the renewal is processed commercially with positive upside wherever possible.
  • Create interlock with Finance to ensure all services that cannot be renewed are correctly tagged with detailed explanations.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports highlighting in contract vs out of contract customers with expected renewal dates.
  • Work closely with all business units to ensure that the maximum controllable churn does not exceed R50K monthly.
  • Work closely with all internal management teams to ensure the out of contract customers do not exceed 20% of our base.
  • Support the Sales team with processing of feasibilities and Sales orders on the CRM systems.
  • Conduct Regular checks on data integrity and support the team to sanitise the data.
  • Weekly Sales Pipeline and Performance Reporting.

  • Minimum experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales and/or Administration experience required within the technology industry.
