Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Skills Required:

Masterful with Server software and management
Pro in Active Directory on MS Server
Swift at troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
Fluent in TCP/IP and all things networking
Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
Tech guru with knowledge of IT infrastructures
PC/Printer wizard with fault-finding skills
Stellar communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Familiar with cross-browser compatibility testing

Front-end wizard: HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript

Advantageous Skills:

IT-related degree/diploma
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with WordPress (CMS) Platform development
Knowledge of Qlikview Reporting Software

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues
Install and configure software, hardware, PCs, and laptops
Ensure systems are backed up for smooth maintenance
Document all tasks and duties for organized workflow
Provide remote management and support for efficiency
Manage Stakeholder relationships (Suppliers and ISP's)
Offer first-line support with Frequently Asked Questions
Maintain the website, update product details, and Industry news
