- Processing of transactions for all the various cash books
- Processing of creditor transactions
- Compilation of bank reconciliations for all the various cash books
- Prepare and process month-end journal entries to TB level
- Ensuring all intercompany transactions have been accounted to be reconciled
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports for review by FM, keeping to month-end deadlines
- Completing VAT201 and EMP201 returns ,reconciliations
- Calculating depreciation & keeping FAR up to date
- Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, etc
- Assist Annual and BBBEE Audit
- Preparing budgets , forecasts
- Processing ,administration applicable to projects
- Handling queries, following up on matters
- Record keeping and filing
- Ad-hoc task, procedures as when required
