Reporting to: Group SHE Manager

Overall Purpose of the Job: The main goal of this position is to lead and support Management across the Region in implementing the SHE Management System, aiming to reduce accidents, injuries, and environmental harm by ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

4-6 years' experience in Environmental Health & Safety Management in Construction and Subcontractor management
Relevant Environmental Health & Safety certificates or similar completed courses
Proficiency in various computer applications
Experience in providing training, presentations, and policy development
Valid Driver's License
Diploma or related qualification in SHE Management is a plus

Main Duties:

Promote a culture of "Zero Harm to People and the Environment"
Assist Managers in implementing SHE Policies and Systems
Provide leadership and support to the Regional SHE Team
Integrate SHE into business planning and establish performance measures
Develop and execute Regional and National SHE Projects and Procedures
Implement Risk Assessment and Control System
Ensure compliance with Contractor Management Program
Coordinate accident, incident, and near-miss investigations
Deliver SHE Training Programs
Manage occupational rehabilitation and Injury Management Program
Stay updated on legislative changes and communicate with the business
Assist in audits and investigations
Collaborate with internal and external SHE professionals
Travel in the region as needed
Participate in DOL/DOH audits
Support SHE matters across all divisions within the Group
