- Maintains routine and accurate bookkeeping of debtors by performing daily reconciliations of sales per accounting system to the Payjoy system, banking, capturing credit notes and refunds, and raising of debtors balance for accuracy and to ensure the end to end of the entire process.
- Ensures systems supporting age analysis are complete and timeously updated and recon are performed for all network debtors, pay joy & other debtors.
- Ensure any admin fee accounted for accurately.
- Education:
- Grade: 12.
- Finance degree or diploma
- Experience:
- 3-5 Years' of Experience as a Debtors Clerk.
- Knowledge/ Skills:
- Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Computer Literacy.
- Accounting Software.
- Accounting Principles.
