CTHA has been in operation for 20 years and manage more than 60 self catering apartments in and around Cape Town.

We have recently grown our family and now proudly own Advertentia Real Estate to focus on property sales and long term rentals.

We need ambitious, driven, self-starter agents to join our team.
In the role of real estate professional, you will enjoy generating leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.

You will be an expert in your field and be confident in guiding and consulting your clients on prices and mortgages.

You will enjoy showing your potential buyers the beautiful homes you have in your portfolio and will always go the extra mile, whether that be a viewing in the evening, or during the weekend, to achieve your personal financial goals.

You will be a negotiation King or Queen, the type that loves the buzz of closing deals. Your eye for detail will be excellent as you will be responsible for ensuring terms are understood and met.

Naturally, you will know how to get your portfolio to market in the most efficient manner, so you will be clued up on the best advertising portals, social media marketing and face to face networking.

Of course, your real estate license will be up to date and you will act with loyalty and pride in every transaction.

Requirements:

• Laptop and mobile phone
• At least two years' sales experience
• At least one year property sales and / or rental experience
• Negotiation
• Lead generation
• Prospecting
• Closing
