Montana, Pretoria: RESTAURANT MANAGER (x2)

Minimum Requirements:

-Reliable and presentable South African Citizen

-Able to fully understand and speak both English and Afrikaans a must

-Minimum 4 years recent restaurant management experience a must

-Strong proficiency in Pilot software a must

-Good customer service and management skills

-Own reliable transport

-Must be willing and able to work retail & restaurant hours (8am 10pm, days off as per rotation)

-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record CV must indicate employment dates etc.)

-Contactable references a must

-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-Clear Criminal Record

-Must reside in Pretoria (Preferably in or near Montana)

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full restaurant management duties for popular restaurant chain

-Ensure proper running of restaurant relating to issues such as service, sales, stock controls, hygiene, cleanliness, operation of equipment and general maintenance.

-Staff management

-Opening and closing of restaurant

-Ensure high standards of quality and safety

-Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and ensure that franchise agreement is adhered to at all times

-Perform shift change functions and keep accurate record of stock used and monies received.

Salary: R R gross
