- Grade 12, coupled with a 3 year Business Administration or relevant tertiary qualification a MUST
- 3 years similar working experience in the Forklift/Material Handling industry
- Literate on Kerridge/Autoline, with good Excel skills
- Receiving and professionally handling customer calls and enquiries
- Communicate effectively with operational staff, customers and suppliers
- Responsible for putting together and sending quotations timeously
- Following up on all quotations sent and understanding why we are not converting them should that be the case
- Ensuring that work in progress report is kept to a minimum
- Monitor and balance back to various other reports on a daily basis
- Submit daily tracking reports (downtime/ services) to the customer timeously
- Invoicing job cards daily with the correct supporting documentation, ensuring that work in progress is kept to a minimum
- Manage an effective document control
- Ensure that all job cards and WIP`s are processed and billed to the correct customers, in line with monthly deadline requirements
- Maintain business relationship with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service delivery
- Weekly forecast reports (like booking jobs, planning services and load testing etc.)
- General admin duties
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
