    Graphic Designer Job Description

    We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have good experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with the Brand Identity and Marketing strategy.
    • Create engaging digital content, including email templates, social media graphics, promotional artwork, and videos.
    • Ensure consistency across all company platforms through design and content management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, Marketing, Development, Engineering, and others.
    • Maintain and create presentation templates and design assets library.
    • Enhance prepared presentations, certificates, and forms through graphics, templates, and animations.
    • Manage production outputs to ensure deadline-driven quality delivery.
    • Design internal and external campaigns.
    • Use data and analytics to inform design decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Matric or Post-matric qualification in Graphic Design.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software packages and applications.
    • 3 years of experience in a Graphic Design environment in a Marketing agency or corporate Marketing environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • A diligent and hard-working individual who can be part of a highly motivated team.
    • Ability to work independently under pressure and take responsibility.
    • Good networking skills and ability to build coalitions.
    • Individuals with the ability to take calculated risks and accept accountability.
    • Skilled at multi-tasking, planning, and organizing.
    • Willingness to tackle challenging situations.
    • Perseverance and tenacity.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
