• Formal training in hospitality management or a related field is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills, including experience working with reservation software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and during nonstandard hours as required
• Should have own reliable transport and preferably reside in Stellenbosch
