Description
We are looking for a skilled invoicing clerk with experience in SAGE to join a Manufacturing company in Krugersdorp.
- Matric qualification
- Previous experience with the Sage system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 2-3 years of industry experience
The main responsibilities include:
- Handling invoicing using the Sage system
- Creating and providing monthly reports to management
- Generating exception reports to identify discrepancies in material usage
- Analyzing and presenting data to the finance department
- Producing the "Work in Progress" report monthly
