    Description

    We have a position for a Business Unit Manager to work in various locations in South Africa. Candidate must preferably have experience in Precast Concrete Manufacturing Environment.

    · Grade 12 or relevant NQF4 equivalent.

    · Relevant tertiary technical qualification.

    5+ years experience in precast concrete manufacturing environment.

    Effective and complete running of production, mechanical, technical, industrial relations, safety and training of employees in the Business Unit, Including:

    • Business & production planning and management against budgets.
    • Manage efficient response in respect of business and operational contingencies.
    • Proactively implement effective business, team and individual performance management across the business.
    • Effectively implement a "zero harm" safety strategy across the business, and ensure full compliance to all safety legislation, regulations, policies and guidelines.
    • Ensure Quality management of all processes across the Business Unit.
    • Ensure good corporate governance and effective financial management of the business.
    • Manage human resources and labour relations issues.
    • Deliver positive HSE results
