    Job Description:

    The Bay Hotel, situated amidst the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range and the Atlantic Ocean, seeks a Travel Support Administrator to join their team.

    We require a highly organized and travel-savvy administrator to provide exceptional support to our travel team, manage travel documents and reservations, coordinate logistics and itineraries, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage administrative tasks to support the sales team
    • Coordinate with trade partners to ensure smooth sales operations

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Proficient English language skills (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding)
    • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the hospitality industry
    • Opera experience and knowledge preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Marketing tools proficiency (CRM systems, website management platforms, analytics software)

    Essential Skills:

    • Above-average efficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Proficiency in marketing tools
    • Passion for luxury hospitality, tourism, and guest and client experiences
