- Provide expert customer support for CarLo, our transport management software application, via phone and email.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and malfunctions.
- Document customer requests and solutions in our ticket system.
- Initial experience in software consulting is desired.
- First-hand experience in IT support or IT service desk is preferred.
- Strong IT and/or logistics skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
