Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit JSE-related documents, including annual financial statements, circulars, and announcements, ensuring compliance with JSE listing rules and regulations.
***:

Coordinate and oversee the integrated reporting process, collaborating with various departments to collect and analyze relevant data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
***:
-
Support the development and implementation of the company's risk and sustainability strategies, including monitoring and reporting on key risk indicators and sustainability metrics.
***:
-
Assist in maintaining compliance with listing requirements, conducting regular reviews of policies and procedures, and making recommendations for enhancements.
***:
-
Prepare accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes for board and committee meetings, specifically addressing compliance, integrated reporting, risk, and sustainability matters.
***:

Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to integrated reporting, risk management, sustainability, and listing compliance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and sustainability teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
***:

Support the company's compliance efforts by conducting periodic internal audits and assessments related to regulatory compliance.
***
Qualifications:***-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, corporate governance, finance, or a related field.
***:
-
Previous experience in a company secretarial role or similar position with a focus on JSE submissions, integrated reporting, risk management, sustainability, and listing compliance is required.

Strong knowledge and understanding of JSE listing rules, integrated reporting frameworks (such as GRI or SASB), risk management principles, and sustainability reporting standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
