    Operational Administrator

    We are seeking an organised and proactive Operational Administrator to assist with the smooth running of our office in MendaBath UK.

    This role requires effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Email Management: Respond to client inquiries, direct franchisee-related emails, request additional information, generate quotes using Xero, follow up on outstanding quotes, and conduct follow-ups with clients after work completion.
    • Data Entry: Improve and maintain the current filing system, ensure version control, update management spreadsheets, record guarantee details, and track online advertising performance statistics.
    • Operational Support: Manage daily scheduling, complete pre-attendance processes, verify documentation, identify operational gaps, and address inefficiencies.
    • Online Reputation Support: Follow up on reviews, engage with online feedback, and contribute to social media strategy.

    As an Operational Administrator at MendaBath UK, you will be working closely with a team of 7 technicians to provide essential administrative support. The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
