    Description

    Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

    The Internal Sales Representative will work closely with the sales and distribution teams to foster strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and ensure seamless service delivery with comprehensive support from the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers regarding orders and product requirements
    • Accurately capture and proactively manage customer orders
    • Ensure timely delivery of orders that meet specifications
    • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and provide product and stock consultation
    • Support the Sales Manager in selling activities
    • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
    • Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and necessary materials
    • Keep customers informed about deliveries and follow up after delivery

    Authority and Accountability:

    • Research and develop new sales opportunities
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager
    • Uphold company policies, standards, and values
    • Report directly to company directors
    • Accept responsibility for assigned duties and disclose outcomes transparently
    • Maintain accountability for finances and property under your care

    Training and Development:

    • Attend training sessions to address skill gaps
    • Training will be company-funded, with remuneration provided during sessions

    Required Skills:

    • Strong data entry, organizational, and administrative abilities
    • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Sales and commercial awareness, including negotiation skills
    • Professionalism, initiative, and the ability to perform under pressure
    • Deadline-driven with high standards of work
