    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Cape Town.

    In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract suitable candidates. Additionally, you will conduct thorough candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and support the hiring process from start to finish.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract suitable candidates
    • Screen and assess candidate qualifications through interviews and assessments
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to onboarding
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or similar role (3+ Years)
    • Strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry
    • Experience in utilizing various sourcing methods, including online job boards and social media
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
    • Highly organized with strong time management skills
    • Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    • Experience in the Engineering or Information Technology industries is a plus
