A Property Management Company situated in Cape Town is looking for proactive and eager Property Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance through monthly inspections and ensuring repair work flagged
- On site monitoring of suppliers working on properties.
- Monitoring, setting up and ensuring scheduled maintenance is completed.
- Sourcing quotes / materials and/or suppliers.
- Assisting PM with restoration projects
- Dealing with maintenance queries.
- Ensuring properties meet compliance as stipulated by insurance and OHASA.
Requirements:
Matric with relevant administration diploma
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in property
- Familiar with Google workspace gmail, google docs, task tracking and calendar
- Can work in a small team and in an open office space.
- Valid drivers license & own vehicle
