- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Certification in Project and Operations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Service Management, with knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, best practices, cost management, and performance analysis
- Experience in managing a team of Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Artisans, and Electricians
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety, Building Codes, Quality Inspections, Hazard & Risk Assessments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in contract management and subcontractor relationships
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS and/or CAFM systems, business communication systems, and business programs for word processing, spreadsheet development, and presentation development
- Manage technical staff, including skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled technicians and laborers
- Plan and deliver scheduled maintenance works and respond to breakdowns
- Manage budgets and maintain statistical and financial records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
- Negotiate contracts with new vendors and suppliers
- Implement proactive risk management plans and assist in developing long-term contingency plans
