    Position Overview

    As a Sales Executive at Our Client, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting Our Client's range of SaaS solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling, to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
    • Perform targeted prospecting and qualification to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions from Our Client's SaaS portfolio to meet their specific needs.
    • Deliver engaging, customised presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of Our Client's offerings.
    • Utilise consultative and solution-based selling techniques to effectively communicate product benefits and ROI to prospective clients.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the CRM system.
    • Develop ongoing account management strategies to uncover additional opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
    • Represent Our Client at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand presence and engage with prospective clients.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to regular sales reporting to monitor progress against targets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies effectively.

    • Time Management: Skilled at prioritising tasks, managing multiple opportunities, and meeting deadlines effectively.
    • Technology Proficiency: Comfort with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and digital communication platforms.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry.
    • Familiarity with workforce management, process optimisation, or related SaaS solutions is highly advantageous.
    • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
    • In office and work from home setup.
