**Job Description:**

This role involves overseeing the preparation of financial statements and monthly management accounts. It also requires managing a team within the finance department, including creditors and accountants.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual budget and ensuring compliance with audit processes. They will also be in charge of optimizing working capital investments in stock to meet company parameters.

An additional responsibility is to manage all risk and commercial aspects of insurance, including site assessments. The successful candidate will also oversee the full SAP function, which includes system support, master data management, system developments, and new projects.

Key objectives include rolling out a new SAP4HANA system, analyzing master data variances, and correcting them as necessary. Contract management is also a critical aspect of this position, encompassing Service Level Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding, and Leases.

To be effective in this role, the candidate should possess strong planning and organizing skills, as well as the ability to influence others and identify opportunities for growth. Proficiency in SAP is advantageous, but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have a CA(SA) qualification, a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a financial and/or commercial role, and 2-3 years of experience in a finance management role. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to see opportunities and turn them into reality are essential for success in this position.
